• All clients are required to send a $20 non-refundable deposit before the day of your appointment or it will be cancelled. that deposit will go to the total cost of your service. • If you need to cancel please do it within 24 hours of your appointment or you will be charged a 40% cancellation fee. • No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • If your are 15+ mins late to your appointment it will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule. • If something is wrong with the lashes I will fix any lash problems within the first 48 hours • No eye makeup on coming to your service
